To the Builders: The following items must be completed to a satisfactory standard before the project can be signed off. All work should be carried out with due diligence and finished to a professional standard. Any rectifications required after initial completion will not be accepted.
Urgent: Sliding door leaks are a serious defect and are causing flooding. This must be investigated and rectified across all affected sliders as a priority, not only cosmetic follow-up.
Make good and repaint the exterior surfaces around the outdoor dining area.

POOL-05
Rectify all sliding doors: leaks, operation, glazing and frames
Property-wide; other affected sliders are not shown in photos below
The defects below apply to all sliding doors on the property, not only the one photographed. Other locations were not captured on camera but must be surveyed and rectified on the same basis. Water ingress is a serious failure: leaks are causing flooding and must be traced, sealed and weatherproofed so assemblies are weathertight. Adjust tracks, hardware and leaves so each door opens, closes and locks correctly (several are operating incorrectly). Where mosquito-net panes or similar have been added without justification or specification, remove or replace glazing to match the intended design. Remove rust build-up, treat affected metal, and make good slider door frames (including the pool-facing living room / kitchen slider).
Single illustrative photo only (living room / kitchen slider by pool). The same scope applies to other sliding doors; those were not photographed. photo_49@15-03-2026_14-18-36.jpg
